Grace is such a huge asset to Valley of Truth, preparing meals each day for 120 children and 14 teachers and staff members.  Having formerly worked as a chef and wait-person at the United Nations, she came to the school with years of valuable experience.  She oversees the kitchen staff, and is blessed to have her precious little one, Josiah, with her.
